*Tuesday and Thursday: 8am – 4.30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break). 

  Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 7am – 12.30pm (no lunch break).

 

Morland CofE Primary is seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Office Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school.

Morland is a vibrant primary school located in the heart of our community. We are a 1.5 form entry primary school with a new SEND provision for pupils with C and I needs. Morland is proud to be part of the Gainsborough Community in Ipswich working to enrich the lives of our pupils.

The Role
To be responsible for supporting the Office Manager to run the school office.

You will:

  • undertake general administration tasks

  • help to promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and work with the Office Manager / Business Manager / Central MAT team to ensure the most effective use of resources in support of learning objectives

  • be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills

  • maintain the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion

  • be experienced in the use of IT packages.

  • be positive and resilient
