This is your opportunity, as a Teaching Assistant, to work in close partnership with the Class Teacher to deliver planned learning activities for individuals and groups, ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential.
As part of your role, you will lead targeted intervention groups, particularly to support pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), using a nurturing and inclusive approach.
You will provide effective support in the day-to-day organisation and management of the classroom, helping to create a calm, structured environment where all children feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.
Supporting the teacher in establishing and maintaining a purposeful, positive, and nurturing learning environment, promoting high expectations, independence, and the wellbeing of every pupil.
