About You
What you’ll be doing -
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents. Duties may include:

Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, while always promoting independence and dignity.

Supporting residents at mealtimes, making sure dietary needs are met and recorded.

Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.

Joining in and encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
