We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic,
and hardworking Front of House Restaurant Assistant to join our busy
catering team at Farmer Palmer's Farm Park. This is a customer-facing role
where no two days are the same. You'll play an important part in ensuring our
visitors enjoy excellent food, great service, and a clean, welcoming
environment.
Key
Responsibilities
- Serving
customers from the restaurant counter, including:
- Hot
and cold drinks
- Ice
creams
- Hot
food and snacks
- Providing
excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Taking
cash and card payments accurately using the till.
- Clearing
and cleaning tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Maintaining
high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Assisting
customers with carrying trays when needed.
- Supporting
the kitchen team with washing up and other duties as required.
- Restocking
supplies and ensuring service areas remain clean and well organised.
- Working
proactively during busy periods to keep queues moving and ensure an
excellent customer experience.

hospitality or catering experience is desirable but not essential, as full
training will be provided.
Working
Hours
This role offers flexibility and will include weekday
shifts and one weekend day per week. Additional hours may be
available during peak periods and school holidays.
