Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting
a part time Hotel Reception / Guest Service Assistant.
The perfect candidate will have
experience in the hospitality industry, ideally having worked in a hotel, bar
or restaurant.
Hours: 24 - 32 hours per week (working 8 and/or 12-hour
shifts)
Shifts: 3 or
4 shifts per week (plus overtime)
Salary: £13.00 per hour

Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Working across all departments of the
hotel including reception, bar & kitchen.
- Checking guests in/out.
- Managing bills & payments.
- Helping guests & creating positive
experiences.
- Prepare and serve food from a limited
simple menu.
- Serving alcohol, soft drinks, hot drinks
& snacks.
- Follow all food safety, licensing and
health and safety policies to work safely.
You will have 'Hamptonality'

- Great team player, and you love chatting
with guests.
- Skilled multitasker who can balance hard
work with great service.
- Clear communicator fluent in English (and
other languages a plus!)
Useful Experience
- Hotel reception or similar experience in the
hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing
laws
