In 2024–2025, our Fundraising Groups raised £2.3 million for Marie Curie, and you could be part of what happens next. Even better, from a recent survey (Feb 2026) 96% of our fundraising volunteers would recommend volunteering to a friend. Work with others to plan events, support activities, and help raise vital funds for Marie Curie in your community.
Availability: 2 hours per month
Time: Flexible to suit your schedule
Locations: Llanelli or Swansea
Criteria: Aged 18 or over
What you’ll do:
- Help plan and run local fundraising events
- Share creative ideas and lend a hand
- Engage with your local community
- Attend and actively participate in group meetings
- Advocate for and promote Marie Curie services to encourage people’s support
