Quick Role Snapshot

Requirements: Proof of right to work, valid driving licence, access to a reliable car
📄Contract: Flexible 0-hours contract
Hours Available: 8-16 hours per week
💷Pay Rates: £13.12/hour (weekdays & weekends), £26.24/hour (bank holidays) + £12.71/hour travel time + £0.35/mile

Available Weekend Shifts:

- Morning to afternoon shift (08.00-16.00)
- Evening shift (16.00-22.00)

Please Note: Consistent weekend availability is required.

Job Description

Being a carer is more than helping with practical tasks. It’s about being a friendly face, a good listener, and someone our clients can trust.

You’ll support with:

  • Light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, changing of incontinence pads, etc)
  • Shopping or errands
  • Friendly chats and companionship

Qualifications

Whether you’re studying health, nursing, social work, social care, psychology – or just want to make a real difference – this role offers more than just a payslip.

All we ask is that you are:

  • Kind, patient, and compassionate
  • Friendly and reliable
  • Confident working independently
  • Great at building relationships and making people feel comfortable

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and two professional references.

Please note that we do not offer sponsorship transfers for this role.
