At Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse, we’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our evening team, supporting clients across Swindon, Highworth, and the Vale of White Horse with their end-of-day and bedtime routines.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care including:

  • Supporting with personal care and medication
  • Preparing and encouraging hot meals and hydration
  • Offering companionship, reassurance, and meaningful conversation
  • Helping with light household tasks
  • Confidently adapting to different clients and home environments
  • Support new and current Care Professional's within their role with support visits and competencies

What do we need from you?

  • Previous care experience (preferred)
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to client needs
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel across the Swindon & Vale of White Horse areas
  • Aged 18+
  • Availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
