We’re looking for a Reward Volunteer to join our Transformation and Systems Team, helping to shape the future of our pay and reward approach.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our Job Architecture project, supporting the review of current pay arrangements and helping to develop proposals for a fair, transparent, and equitable reward framework.
What you’ll be doing
As a Reward Volunteer, you will:
Support the Head of Organisational Effectiveness with project work on Job Architecture
Help gather and organise information relating to pay, roles, and structures
Assist with data collation and analysis, identifying trends and key insights
Contribute to the creation of briefing papers, summaries, and presentation materials
Support preparation for meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Work with Finance and Systems teams to maintain data trackers and draft models
Conduct market research to inform pay benchmarking and reward recommendations
Assist with job evaluation panels
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
Knowledgeable in reward and pay best practice
Confident using Excel to analyse large datasets
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Able to work independently and manage their time effectively
Comfortable working with people across different roles and backgrounds
Open to feedback and continuous learning
Trustworthy, with a strong commitment to confidentiality
