Receptionist

The Hand and Spear is an iconic landmark with a fascinating history behind it. Located next to the train station in Weybridge we have a beautiful boutique hotel, several rooms for both dining and special events and a large bar and several areas outside both covered and uncovered. We are a British gastro pub offering fresh seasonal food, real ales, premium wines and lovely cocktails.
We are looking for great people to join our fun and friendly team- so if this sounds like something you'd enjoy we'd love to hear from you.

What I am looking for?

  • Mature individual to assist the hotel guest at breakfast and checking out.
  • Organisation of Reception and preparation for incoming guests.
  • Day to day administration and capability to delegate incoming tasks.
  • PA to General Manager
What hours are we looking for?

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm
  • Some flexabily will be essential

What we look for in a Receptionist:

As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.

You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
