As a Receptionist at our Head Office, you are the face and first smile of our culture, providing the first impression for every visitor and colleague who walks through our doors. We are looking for a knowledgeable team member who is positive, energetic, and professional. If you thrive on making an impact through great service, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for providing an incredible level of service, ensuring our reception area reflects the high standards of our brand. This role is about more than answering phones; it’s about being a champion for people and first impressions. This role is 30 hours per week working Monday-Friday 1pm-7:30pm
What You’ll Take On:
- Creating a Welcoming Environment: Greet visitors and colleagues with warmth, manage visitor badges, and ensure everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Effective Communication: Handle incoming calls through our switchboard with clarity and belief, ensuring they reach the right department quickly.
- Supporting Growth: Welcome candidates for interviews and assessment centres, helping us recruit exceptional talent.
- Operational Excellence: Manage meeting room bookings, organise guest travel arrangements, maintain 1st aid and ensure the reception area is always curated and professional.
- Integrity and Responsibility: Conduct occasional Right to Work checks and take ownership of the reception diary to keep the team informed.
