Role: Food & Beverage Assistant -
Geko
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour, dependant on age plus a share of service
charge, approx. 2k a year for full time hours
Hours: Full & Part Time hours on a zero hour contract,
including weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: General Manager, Kitchen team, Food & Beverage team
We are looking to expand our current team in Geko and
are offering full and part time hours.

The ideal candidate
- Previous experience
in a similar role required – restaurant/bar/reception
- Have excellent
customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail
to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered consistently
- Knowledge of
Simphony software is advantageous
- Ability to
effectively interact with management, team members and guests in a
professional manner
- Be a team player as
well as an individual worker
- Must have
transport
- To provide attentive
service during the meal and watch for special requests.
- To assist in the
general cleaning of your working areas.
- To take every
opportunity to upsell – desserts, starters, drinks etc.
- To attend work
consistently well groomed, in uniform
- Be willing to attend
training and gain an understanding of the menu to be able to offer
guidance and recommendations to guests
