The Assistant Management Accountant will provide a range of finance & administrative support to the De Beers UK Finance Department. In addition, the individual will assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
This role has no supervisory responsibility for staff but will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and must therefore be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent degree of motivation and organisation, an ability to identify problems and identify and implement solutions towards their successful resolution, and show dedication and enthusiasm for the constant improvement of systems and processes.
The role involves regular interaction with stakeholders across DBUK and with personnel at other group companies worldwide. The jobholder must therefore demonstrate strong communication skills.
